As Compensation Director, EMEA, reporting to the Vice President, Compensation, you will lead regional compensation management and advisory work, alongside leading compensation for one or more global business lines, partnering closely with HR and business leaders across multiple countries. You’ll oversee key compensation processes (including the Annual Compensation Process), help evolve pay range structures and global frameworks, and provide expertise and leadership on regulatory and policy considerations – all while collaborating with global compensation peers and the Design & Analytics team to deliver insight-driven solutions.
