The Role:

Are you a meticulous coordinator ready to drive the operational engine of a global world championship? Formula E is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to act as the essential day-to-day link between the Championship and our world-class Teams and Manufacturers. In this role, you aren’t just managing accounts; you are the primary point of contact ensuring that every partner query is met with elite client service and every brand asset is amplified with total precision.

Reporting to the Senior T&M Partnership Manager, you will be the heartbeat of partner operations. You will be responsible for the administrative and operational execution of initiatives that drive measurable success for our Teams and Manufacturers, ensuring their association with Formula E is successfully amplified on a global scale.

• Exceptional Partner Support: You are the face of the partnership. By serving as the daily, responsive point of contact for Teams and Manufacturers, you will resolve queries and anticipate partner needs to foster authentic, long-term working relationships. Whether drafting professional communications or providing Championship updates, you ensure our partners feel supported at every turn.
• Seamless Event & Logistics Delivery: You turn logistics into “unforgettable” experiences. You will handle the end-to-end coordination of T&M events, from managing guest lists and scheduling to providing on-site support at international race locations. Your focus is on flawless execution, ensuring hospitality and branding delivery remain world-class across our global season.
• Brand & Asset Compliance: You are the guardian of the brand. You will lead the approval workflow for partner marketing assets and creative content, ensuring 100% alignment with Formula E brand guidelines. By coordinating across internal Digital, Marketing and Brand teams, you ensure that every asset is processed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Commercial Administration & Reporting: You turn data into clarity. You will maintain meticulous commercial trackers and compile cross-departmental metrics to produce high-quality performance reports. From supporting revenue projects with sales decks to tracking established KPIs, you provide the administrative bedrock that allows our partnerships to thrive.

What we’re looking for in you:

• The Organised Administrator: You possess a proven track record of managing complex administrative workflows and maintaining commercial databases. You are a detail-oriented professional who can track contracts and timelines with total accuracy, ensuring no detail is overlooked in a fast-paced environment.
• The Collaborative Relationship Builder: You thrive in a “collaborative culture” and have a natural ability to build trust. With previous experience in a sponsorship, partnership, or account coordination role, ideally within sports or entertainment, you know how to manage diverse stakeholder requirements while maintaining a focus on elite-level service.
• The Agile Event Specialist: You have experience supporting the delivery of high-end hospitality programs, preferably in an international setting. You are familiar with the unique pressures of trackside delivery and have the flexibility to travel globally to ensure our partners receive seamless support wherever we race.
• The Brand-Conscious Communicator: You possess a deep familiarity with managing creative approval processes and working within strict brand guidelines. Your communication skills are sharp and professional, allowing you to influence internal teams and external partners alike to ensure all creative output meets our championship standards.

This is a hybrid role and you’ll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
