Responsibilities
As a key strategic partner to Amazon’s Talent Solution’s Core Science and Engineering, you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most strategic talent initiatives. This role demands both big thinking and precise execution, as you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
- Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
- Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organization’s capabilities to improve quality of talent
- Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
- Partnering with partner teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change

Basic Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- 7+ years of HR or business function experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
- Experience with high quality document preparation and presentation
- Master’s degree, or Master’s degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
