We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team at a prominent hotel located in Bloomsbury, London. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel premises during daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all public areas, corridors, and entrances are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests and visitors.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Support event setups, breakdowns, and general hotel operations as required.
