Beavertown began life in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our 2nd site in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering amount of pints every year.

The Role

Based 3 days per week on 3 days per week on-site at Beaverworld, Ponders End, EN3 7SR.

The People Team Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the People Partners and People Director. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain accurate employee records in MyHR and Moorepay
• Assist with benefits administration
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
• Help organize employee wellbeing initiatives and training sessions
• Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to the People Partner and People Director as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Great knowledge and skills of Microsoft Excel (Such as VLOOKUPs)
