Unqualified Nursery Assistant – Barnes, London, SW13

- Great Salary: £13.00ph / £24,336– £30,420pa (depending on hours, age, and experience)
- Hours: 4 or 5 days per week / 36 or 45 hours (shifts 8am–6pm, 1-hour break) Permanent, All Year Round

We are seeking a motivated Nursery Assistant to join our welcoming nursery in Barnes. Working alongside an experienced team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children from babies to preschool can thrive.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with childcare experience looking to develop their career in a supportive setting, as we can help you gain your Level 3 qualification within this role.
We have local bus routes outside the nursery or Barnes train station is a 20 minute walk away – please make sure you can reliably commute before applying.

Key Responsibilities

About You
- 1-2 years previous UK Childcare employment
- Strong safeguarding and EYFS knowledge
- Confident working with babies, toddlers, or preschool children
- Passion for inclusive practice and outdoor learning
- Strong communication skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
