Role: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Data Analyst to turn raw data into the insights that drive business decisions. The role partners with operations, product, and marketing — building dashboards, running analyses, and answering questions the business hadn’t yet thought to ask.
Key Responsibilities
– Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
– Run ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and surface trends
– Partner with stakeholders across functions to define metrics and reporting needs
– Write clean, performant SQL queries against the data warehouse
– Translate complex findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
– Identify data quality issues and work with engineering to resolve them
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 2+ years in a data analyst or business analyst role
– Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
– Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
– Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
– Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into recommendations
– Excellent written communication and ability to present findings clearly
