Role Description

This part-time Marketing Trainee role is based in Bournemouth, with a hybrid work setup that allows for remote work with monthly check-ins in-person in Bournemouth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, assisting with customer engagement and communication, and short-form social media content creation.

You will play a key role in promoting our platform’s mission of making quality medical education preparation accessible to all.

Salaried +/- equity-based compensation

Requirements

• Confident on camera
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Experience or interest in creating GREAT social media content
• Strong aptitude for learning, and passionate about the profession of marketing & customer psychology
• Enthusiasm for the healthcare and medical education industry is a plus – this is all for our future patients at the end of the day!
• Experience in short-form video editing is a must, or must be willing to learn
• Strong branding skills – you will co-lead our brand identity along with the founder
