A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our organisation and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. As a key contributor to successful project delivery, you will work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the business to identify, analyse, and document requirements that drive meaningful change and measurable improvement. This role is central to ensuring that the right solutions are designed and implemented to support our strategic goals.
As a Business Analyst, you will lead requirement gathering and analysis activities, evaluate and recommend effective solutions, and act as a trusted liaison between business and IT teams. You will support stakeholder engagement, change management, and project delivery, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and smooth implementation of new systems and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes, champion best practice, and contribute to continuous improvement across programmes, projects, and teams.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex programme environments;
- Familiarity with industry-wide modelling techniques and business analysis tools;
- Ability to tailor methods and tools to suit diverse business situations;
- Experience in supporting change initiatives and driving user adoption.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
