The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of education, skills, and practical experience to effectively support HR and compliance activities. They will have excellent organisational and communication abilities, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, work to deadlines, and maintain accuracy while working across multiple systems and data sources.
