We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Machine Operator to join our flexible hose manufacturing team within a well-established pneumatic and hydraulic engineering company.
This is not just a “button-pushing” role — you’ll be working with specialised machinery, contributing to production quality, and becoming a key part of a skilled engineering operation.
The Role:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Ensure consistent output to meet production targets and deadlines
- Work with flexible hose assemblies and associated equipment
- Identify and resolve basic production or machine issues
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Awareness of health & safety practices in a factory setting
- Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude
