About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ironmongery Direct. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in customer service or retail environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems will be advantageous. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are key qualities we seek. Previous experience in the hardware or construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
