Based in London, we aim to deliver innovative and sustainable spaces while building trust with our clients and stakeholders.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Construction Estimator to join our London team for a hybrid on-site/office role. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for analysing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to manage budgets. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, preparing bid proposals, evaluating contractor and supplier quotations, and ensuring cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves continuous engagement with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies and support the successful execution of construction projects.QualificationsProven ability in cost estimation, budget preparation, and cost managementProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsExperience in sourcing and evaluating contractor and supplier quotationsStrong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsEffective collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in construction estimation software and toolsAwareness of construction standards, health and safety regulations, and best practicesRelevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in urban and mixed-use development projects is advantageous
