This role sits at the intersection of innovation, brand and commercial execution. You will own the portfolio end-to-end, ensuring it is focused, competitive and future-fit, while driving a strong, commercially relevant innovation pipeline. You will work cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Planning, Regulatory and R&D, acting as the central point of coordination for both portfolio performance and innovation delivery.Core Responsibilities Portfolio Ownership & PerformanceOwn the performance of the product portfolio across key channels, monitoring sales, profitability and availability. Analyse product performance and identify opportunities to grow, optimise or rationalise the range. Define and drive clear portfolio priorities and SKU focus to maximise performance and business impact.Innovation & Pipeline LeadershipLead the development and shaping of the innovation pipeline in close collaboration with R&D and Brand teams Translate consumer, market and category insights into actionable innovation opportunities (formats, claims, pricing, positioning) Ensure all new developments are commercially relevant, differentiated and aligned with strategic priorities Partner with Regulatory and Quality to ensure feasibility and compliance from concept to launch Support successful launches with clear portfolio integration and prioritisationArtwork & Packaging ManagementOwn end-to-end coordination of artwork and packaging updates across the portfolio Work closely with Brand, Regulatory, Quality and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery Establish and manage clear processes, timelines and approvals Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while meeting all regulatory requirements Ensure efficient and timely implementation of packaging changes with minimal business disruptionCommercial Alignment & Planning Partner with Sales and Ecommerce teams to ensure strong alignment between portfolio priorities and commercial plansInput into demand planning through innovation assumptions and portfolio strategyEnsure focus on priority SKUs to maximise availability and business impactExperience & Skills:Strong innovation and portfolio management background, ideally in FMCG, supplements or a regulated categoryCommercial and analytical mindset with ability to turn data into clear actionsProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-endHigh attention to detail, especially on packaging, claims and complianceConfident communicator, able to challenge and influence across functionsProactive, structured and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentWhat Success Looks Like A focused, high-performing portfolio with clear priorities and strong availabilityA relevant, impactful innovation pipeline driving growthSeamless execution of artwork and packaging changesStrong cross-functional alignment with clear ownership and decision-makingInnovation launches that meet real consumer needs and deliver business impactBenefits:Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in our beautiful office in Hammersmith (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days from home (Monday, Friday), plus flexible core hours.Class Pass Gym Membership (28 credits per month)30 Annual Leave days per yearSubsidised coffee shop within the building.40% discount for UK BrandsHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePrivate Dental InsuranceComplimentary office drinks on Thursday eveningsDog-friendly office.H&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
