Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Standards and School Improvement to play a pivotal role in driving excellence in teaching, learning and pupil outcomes across our family of schools.
This is a senior, trust‑wide leadership role for an experienced and credible school leader who is passionate about equity, relentless about standards, and motivated by the belief that every child deserves an excellent education.
