You will be responsible for uploading and accurately recording employee paper and electronic documents into Oracle. This includes digitising paper files and ensuring correct naming, indexing, and categorisation, as well as maintaining orderly and up-to-date employee records in line with HR standards.
You will also carry out quality checks to ensure data accuracy and document completeness, and support data clean-up and migration activities as required.
As an Administrator in the HR department , you will handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and follow established HR processes, policies, and data protection requirements.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm) with Flexibility for 6/8 weeks
