About The Role…

As our new Beauty Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our Beauty and Wellness space. You will set the tone for a 5* experience – warm, professional, and effortlessly organised. You will:

• Welcome and check in clients for beauty treatments and appointments, ensuring a smooth and luxurious arrival experience
• Manage bookings, diaries, and appointment scheduling with precision and discretion
• Handle phone and email enquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance on treatments, services, and availability
• Support administrative tasks including payment processing, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records
• Assist in maintaining immaculate presentation across reception and treatment areas
• Help coordinate and support daily operations within our Pilates studio, including managing class bookings and greeting clients
• Work collaboratively with therapists, artists, and studio instructors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
