Previous trustee experience is welcome but not essential — we value strategic thinking, relevant professional expertise, and a willingness to get stuck in. We particularly welcome applications from diverse communities, and the role is open to all, including female-identifying individuals.HybridWhat will you be doing?We’re looking for 2–3 proactive, strategic individuals to join our board of trustees. While all trustees share collective responsibility for governance, strategy, and financial oversight, we’re particularly seeking people who can take a lead onBusiness Development & Partnerships – helping scale the trading side of our charity, including corporate workshops, training packages, and institutional partnerships with universities and employers.The board meets quarterly, alternating between online and in-person meetings in Central London, with the time commitment up to 8 hours per month. Additional sub-committees may be established as we grow. The minimum term is three years.We’re looking for people who bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and genuine passion for men’s mental health.
