We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Lettings Associate to join our team — someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping people, and brings energy and professionalism to their work.
The Role
As our Lettings Associate, you will be a key part of the tenant journey. From handling initial enquiries to preparing tenants for move‑in, you will play an essential role in keeping our lettings process running smoothly.
This is a varied, customer‑focused role where no day is the same. It’s ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and eager to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
⭐ Front‑of‑House & Enquiry Management
- Acting as a friendly first point of contact in person, by phone, and via shared inboxes.
- Managing the main office inbox and triaging enquiries.
- Greeting visitors and supporting students with empathy and professionalism.
⭐ Lettings Administration
- Handling lettings enquiries and coordinating viewing appointments.
- Processing applications, conducting Right to Rent checks, and verifying documentation.
- Drafting tenancy agreements and ensuring accurate, timely completion of all paperwork.
- Keeping property records up to date in our property management software.
- Uploading and maintaining property listings on relevant portals.
⭐ Viewings & Tenant Onboarding
- Organising and scheduling property viewings.
- Supporting key handovers and move‑in procedures.
- Assisting with student changeover alongside the wider team.
⭐ Operational Support
- Providing administrative support across the lettings and property teams.
- Maintaining office supplies, organisation, and a welcoming workspace.
- Supporting team events, development days, and seasonal activities.
- Helping manage team diaries and assisting with general office coordination.
⭐ Data Protection & Record Keeping
- Handling tenant and landlord data in line with GDPR best practices.
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained and securely stored.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong communicator with excellent customer‑service skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Accurate, attentive to detail, and confident with administrative processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Professional, approachable, and calm — especially when supporting students.
- A proactive team player who enjoys contributing to process improvements.
Experience in property, lettings, or customer‑facing roles is helpful but not essential — we’re happy to train the right candidate.
