Technical Sales Specialist Full Time

Company Description

Bespoke Blending specialises in creating and supplying high-quality mixes and concentrates tailored to meet the needs of bakeries and wholesalers across the UK and internationally. We have a co-manufacturing agreement with a large international bakery ingredient company, with access to thousands of recipes and many ingredient suppliers. Growing this brand in the UK, in tandem with their EMEA Sales Director, and staff at Bespoke Blending will be the main focus of this role.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist. The role will involve visiting bakeries and wholesalers, establishing relationships and achieving repeat sales. Good technical knowledge of bakery premixes ands their applications will be key.

Additional tasks include awareness of competitors, understanding customer needs, and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Market research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the food manufacturing or food industry is a plus
