About Us
We are a trusted Dayforce implementation partner, helping organizations transform the way they manage their people. Our work spans the full HCM feature set, including HR, Workforce Management, Talent and Payroll, combining deep consulting expertise with innovative technology. By partnering closely with our clients, we help them streamline operations, improve employee experiences, and unlock the full value of their Dayforce investment.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Dayforce implementations, from initial planning through to go-live and early-life support.
This is a hands-on role where you will drive delivery momentum, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted partner to clients as they adopt new HR and workforce management solutions.
You’ll combine strong project delivery discipline with a practical understanding of HRIS / WFM processes to ensure solutions are delivered effectively, adopted successfully, and deliver real operational value.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Own the successful delivery of multiple Dayforce projects, from mobilisation through to go-live and hypercare
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and key delivery checkpoints with client stakeholders
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Technical teams to ensure delivery is aligned to requirements and best practice
• Drive progress, unblock issues, and maintain momentum across all workstreams
• Provide clear, structured reporting on project status, risks, and milestones
• Support continuous improvement across delivery practices, contributing to ways of working, templates, and team capability
Required Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a strong delivery-focused Project Manager with experience in SaaS or business systems implementations, ideally within HR or workforce management.
• 4-8 years’ experience delivering technology or business transformation projects (SaaS / HRIS / WFM / ERP or similar)
• Proven ability to own and drive delivery in client-facing environments, balancing structure with pragmatism
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle (initiation through to go-live and early support)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, challenge, and influence at multiple levels
• Comfortable running workshops, managing priorities, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgets, scope control, and delivery efficiency
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership and gets things done
Ideally you will also have:
• Experience working with Dayforce, UKG, Workday, or similar HR / WFM platforms
• Background in consulting, systems integration, or client-facing delivery environments
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, or structured methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum)
• Exposure to workforce management processes (time & attendance, scheduling, labour optimisation)
• Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
Why Join Us?
At ModusForce, you’ll step into a role where you genuinely own delivery, not just coordinate it. You’ll be trusted to manage projects end-to-end, work directly with clients, and play a key role in shaping how successful implementations are delivered.
You’ll join a high-performing, close-knit team where people are hands-on, collaborative, and focused on doing great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy. It’s an environment where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and you’re given the space to take ownership and grow.
This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to:
• Move beyond pure project coordination into true delivery ownership
• Build deeper expertise in HR and workforce management technology
• Work on meaningful, complex projects with real operational impact
• Be part of a growing business where you can shape ways of working and delivery standards
If you’re someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working with people, and seeing projects through from start to finish then this role offers a strong platform to develop into a senior delivery or programme leadership position over time.
