Sandwell Council’s Democratic Services Division is seeking a professional, collaborative and highly organised individual to join the team as a Civic and Member Support Officer. This role provides high-quality, confidential and flexible support to Elected Members, helping to ensure the effective functioning of democratic services and excellent support for Members in the delivery of their duties.
You will work in a fast-paced political environment, supporting Members with enquiries, casework and development activity, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and customer care.
