About The Role
Psymplicity is a fast-growing provider of online mental health services, supporting individuals across the UK. We are looking for a capable, highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a Patient Care Administrator. This is not a routine administrative role. You will be working at the centre of our operations, managing a high volume of communication, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring patients receive a consistently high standard of service. The role is well suited to graduates from a range of academic backgrounds who are looking to build experience in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Established in 2014, Psymplicity has provided outpatient psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy services to thousands of individuals, couples and families with a wide range of mental health concerns since its inception. We work online with individuals from all age groups referred to our clinic as well as having contracts in place with corporations to provide an array of services to their students and employees. Our dedicated patient care team complement and support our clinical team to provide an extremely patient-centred approach.
