Job DescriptionLocation: Healix Group, Healix House, Esher GreenAbout The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join the Healix People Team and play a key role in the implementation of Dayforce across the organisation.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role supporting the rollout of a new global HR system. You’ll work closely with our People Systems, Benefits and Reward Specialist (the system owner and subject matter expert), the IT Project Manager, and external implementation partners to ensure the system is configured, tested and embedded successfully.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing and implementing HR systems and supporting users through change — rather than owning long-term system strategy or reward design.What we’re looking forEssential Experience And SkillsProven experience supporting at least one HRIS implementation (Dayforce highly desirable)Practical, hands-on experience with:HRIS configuration supportData migration and validationUAT executionImplementation documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreamsConfidence working with HR data and structured templates (e.g. Excel)Clear communication skills and ability to explain system concepts to non-technical usersComfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environmentDesirableExperience supporting global or multi-country HR processesExposure to payroll or benefits modules within an HRISPrevious fixed-term or project-based HR systems rolesExperience working with external HRIS vendors or consultantsQualificationsThere are no specific qualifications required for this role — relevant experience is what matters most.What we offerA collaborative and supportive People Team environmentThe opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a global Dayforce implementationClear guidance and mentorship from the People Systems, Benefits and Reward SpecialistA fixed-term role aligned to key implementation milestonesAbout The RoleWhat you’ll be doingHRIS implementation (Dayforce focus)Provide hands-on support across the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle: design, build, testing and deploymentSupport system configuration in line with agreed global and local requirementsAssist with data migration activities, including data preparation, cleansing, validation and reconciliationPlay an active role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:Creating and executing test scriptsLogging, tracking and supporting defect resolutionValidating fixes and re-testingSupport integration testing with payroll, benefits and other downstream systemsWork closely with external implementation partners, tracking progress and escalating issues where neededOrganisational readiness, training and changeSupport organisational readiness and adoption of Dayforce across the businessPartner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and support the design of role-based training for HR, managers and employeesContribute to training plans, materials and delivery schedules aligned to implementation milestonesSupport the coordination and delivery of training sessions, drop-ins and post-go-live supportWork with Internal Communications and Marketing to support change and adoption communicationsTranslate system changes into clear, user-friendly guidance and learning materialsAct as a key link between the project team and the wider business, feeding back on readiness risks, training gaps and adoption issuesProvide enhanced support during go-live and early adoption to help embed new ways of workingDocumentation and user supportDevelop and maintain clear system documentation, including:Process and user guidesConfiguration summaries“How-to” materials for end usersSupport system cutover and post-go-live stabilisationAct as a point of contact for Dayforce-related queries during implementation and early adoptionData integrity and complianceSupport the accuracy and consistency of HR data during migration and implementationEnsure processes align with GDPR, data protection and internal data security standardsFollow Healix internal policies, including IT security and ISO27001 requirementsCollaboration and stakeholder managementWork closely with:The People Systems, Benefits and Reward SpecialistThe IT Project ManagerPeople Team colleagues across regionsExternal HRIS implementation consultantsLiaise with regional HR stakeholders to understand local requirements and support adoptionContribute to project meetings, status updates and implementation planningSkills NeededAbout The CompanyWe offer UK employee healthcare benefits, and travel, medical and security assistance in every corner of the globe.
