Lettings & Property Assistant Full Time NEW

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Lettings & Property Assistant to join our team.

This is an entry-level position with great potential for growth and development.

Duties:

• Assist in negotiation processes with clients (young professionals and students)
• Support lettings operations, including coordinating property viewings and managing tenant inquiries
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Support office operations by organizing files, documents, and supplies

Skills:

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
• Familiarity with office software such as Excel
• Basic computer skills including the ability to use computerized systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management skills
• Fluent in English required; French or Chinese preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge or experience in the property lettings process is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
