Our priority is the safety and health of our patients and by helping to bring them future medicines today we can play a key part in improving health.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Relations Specialist to build and strengthen partnerships with GP practices, pharmacies, and external vendors to support patient recruitment. This is a key role focused on developing trusted relationships, ensuring stakeholders are fully informed on study requirements, and driving effective recruitment strategies. Working closely with internal operations teams, this role plays a vital part in maximising patient engagement and delivering strong recruitment performance across our studies.Key Responsibilities:Build. develop, and maintain strong relationships with a range of external vendors to support patient recruitmentIdentify and onboard new referral partners and vendors to expand recruitment channelsAct as the key point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring they are kept fully informed on study requirements, processes, and timelinesPromote studies to external partners to drive awareness and referralsWork closely with patient engagements and site operations teams to align recruitment activitySupport the development and delivery of patient recruitment strategiesMonitor and report on referral activity and recruitment performance, maintaining a strong and consistent pipelineProactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment pathways and stakeholder engagementEnsure all external engagement is compliant with company policies, regulatory and ethical requirements, and study protocolsRepresent the company professionally in external meetings and partner visitsQualifications and Skills:Experience in a clinical relations, account management or sales role within a clinical research or healthcare environment is essentialStrong relationship management skillsConfident and effective communication skillsHighly organised and results driven, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyComfortable working to targets and KPIsIT proficientBenefits:Competitive salary package (DOE).Comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, private health insurance and bonuses.Opportunities for career growth and development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Meaningful contribution to the advancement of clinical research and healthcare.
