IT Support Engineer / Multi-Site Support Technician Location: Field-based across regional client sites + office support Salary: Up to £31,000 + mileage + benefits Type: Full-time, PermanentHemel Hempstead The Opportunity A growing Managed Service Provider is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their technical team, supporting a range of multi-site customers across the region.This role would suit someone with solid 1st / 2nd line experience who enjoys a mix of remote support, site visits and hands-on technical work. You’ll support end users, maintain client infrastructure, and play a key role in delivering a high level of customer service.A great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical skills within a varied MSP environment.
