Role Description

We are seeking a Distribution Centre Assistants for full-time & part-time , temporary positions (4 months) at our East London location.

Our Distribution Centre, operated as Blondie Fashion is also home to a number of associated brands, this role would work across all of our brands, not just Folk.

The role entails managing inventory, handling stock dispatches and deliveries, organising the distribution centre, ensuring efficient product storage, and supporting overall operations. The assistant will interact with various teams and uphold high standards of service and accuracy while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with team members and address queries.
• Experience in Distribution and Inventory Control for maintaining accurate stock levels and managing product movement.
• Proficiency in equipment handling, with adherence to safety protocols.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention

to detail.

• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills, both face-to-

face and via email.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• A team player with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically active and able to lift boxes, with energy to stay on your feet.
• Friendly, calm, and positive under pressure—even on the busiest days.
• Excited to embrace the challenges of a varied and fast-paced role supporting

multiple brands.

• Must have right to work in the UK.
