Role Description

Joining a team that delivers exceptional exhibition stands for our clients, this is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead – Exhibitions, based in Worcestershire. The Sales Lead will oversee the exhibition sales process, build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, manage a team of sales professionals, and train staff in best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting customer service efforts, and ensuring sales targets and goals are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to foster learning and development.
• Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Worcestershire.
• Background in exhibitions or events management preferred.
