We are looking for a driven, commercially minded and clinically credible Clinical Sales Specialist to join our growing Vascular Division.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a field-based role, enjoys building meaningful customer partnerships, and wants to make a genuine difference within the NHS and wider healthcare market.If you have a clinical background, are commercially astute, and you’re motivated by results, relationships and delivering value, we would love to hear from you.The Role:As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your territory while acting as a trusted product expert for our vascular access portfolio.You’ll work closely with clinicians, procurement teams, IV specialists and key decision-makers to identify opportunities, support product adoption, deliver education, and build long-term partnerships.This is a varied role combining sales success, account development, clinical education and strategic territory management.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business GrowthDeliver and exceed territory sales targets and growth objectivesDevelop and execute strategic territory/account plansIdentify and convert opportunities within NHS and healthcare accountsSupport product evaluations, conversions, tenders and contract implementationBuild strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholdersMonitor competitor activity and market trends to maximise opportunitiesClinical Support & EducationDeliver product demonstrations, training and troubleshooting supportLead clinical evaluations, product rollouts and conversionsProvide venepuncture and cannulation education sessionsEnsure customers feel confident and competent using productsSupport clinical implementation projects that improve outcomesAccount ManagementBuild trusted partnerships across contracted accountsConduct regular stakeholder meetings and reviewsIdentify new departments, influencers and growth pathwaysDeliver exceptional customer service and responsive supportPlanning & ReportingMaintain accurate CRM records and activity reportingProduce sales forecasts, training records and market insightsManage diary, travel and territory planning effectivelyAbout You:We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive with clinical credibility.Essential Experience:Clinical background (nursing, vascular access, IV therapy or similar) or equivalent relevant experienceExperience managing accounts and/or developing territoriesStrong presentation, training and stakeholder engagement skillsKnowledge of NHS structures and procurement pathwaysFull UK driving licence and access to a carDesirable:Vascular access / infusion therapy experienceProven healthcare / medical device sales successExperience supporting product launches or conversionsClinical educator or specialist support experienceDegree in Life Sciences, Business or related subjectWhat You’ll Bring:Excellent communication skillsCommercial awareness and results focusAbility to build effective, long term commercial relationshipsSelf-motivation and resilienceAdaptability and problem-solving mindsetIntegrity and professionalismStrong IT/CRM skillsCollaborative team spiritWhy Join GBUK?We offer more than just a job.
