This role will support marketing, communications, customer service, and partnership teams, with a focus on improving user engagement, retention, and the overall customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop multiple copy options for A/B testing across central lifecycle communications, including push notifications and email campaigns aimed at retention and re-engagement.Provide and review website and UX copy (on-site and in-app), including all transactional emails and marketing-owned content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a clear, consistent central tone-of-voice document, including tangible examples for banners, category promotions, email/push templates, and other customer touchpoints.Support the short-term development of key initiatives such as the homepage, ensuring copy is polished and aligned with overall brand standards.RequirementsStrong copywriting skills with attention to detail, tone, and clarity.Experience in UX, email, and marketing communications is highly desirable.Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and adapt copy for different channels and audiences.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.This role has the potential to go permanent.What We OfferThe exciting opportunity to shape category strategies and contribute to the growth of a new and dynamic e-commerce business.A diverse, inclusive work environment, where you can make a significant impact on JD.com’s regional presence.A competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, pension and performance bonuses.
