Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Administrator!
6 month contract 9- 2:30 – Monday – Friday in the Manufacturing & Production Industry

What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure they can focus on what they do best: selling!
• Processing orders and managing customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and ensuring all sales documentation is up to date.
• Coordinating with production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts to help drive our business strategies.
• Engaging with customers to provide excellent service and build lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to contribute to a positive team environment. You should have:

• Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
