Role Overview
The FOH & Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience from the moment someone walks into FeelHarmoni to the moment they leave.
This is a hybrid role combining front-of-house operations and Harmoni Bar service, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and energy.
You are the face of FeelHarmoni — warm, proactive, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House (FOH)
* Welcome every member with warmth and energy
* Check members in efficiently using the booking system
* Support new members with onboarding and studio tours
* Answer questions about memberships, classes, and services confidently
* Maintain a clean, organised, and aesthetic reception area at all times
* Monitor class flow and ensure smooth transitions between sessions
* Ensure all studio rooms are ready before classes:
* Cleanliness
* Equipment set up
* Correct lighting / atmosphere
* Enforce studio policies in a professional and brand-aligned way:
* Late arrivals
* No-show policy
* No filming during classes
* Handle member concerns calmly and escalate when needed

Harmoni Bar (Barista Duties)
* Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard (matcha, coffee, smoothies, etc.)
* Maintain consistency in recipes and presentation
* Manage orders efficiently during busy periods
* Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organised at all times
* Monitor stock levels and communicate low inventory proactively
* Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Shift Responsibilities
Opening Shift
* Arrive on time (05:30 weekdays / 09:30 weekends)
* Open and prepare the studio for the day:
* Turn on lights, music, systems
* Set up reception and bar
* Prepare studio rooms for first classes
* Ensure the space is spotless and ready before first members arrive

During Shift
* Deliver excellent customer service consistently
* Balance FOH and bar responsibilities smoothly
* Anticipate busy periods and prepare in advance
* Keep all areas clean and presentable at all times
* Support instructors and team when needed

Closing Shift
* Clean and reset all areas:
* Reception
* Bar
* Studio rooms
* Restock supplies for the next day
* Close the till and systems correctly
* Ensure the studio is left in perfect condition
