Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Practice Administrator and Bookkeeper for a temporary on-site role at our office in Louth. This position involves managing daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice. Responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping tasks, handling invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial protocols. Additional tasks include coordinating office operations, managing schedules, assisting with client communications, and supporting other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial account management
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling and data management
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Proficiency in accounting software and general IT tools
• Relevant experience in financial or office management roles
• Ability to work independently on-site with strong time-management skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is highly desirable
