The role
As an ICT Customer Support & Operations Assistant you will be first point of contact for our customer across The Regenda Group, providing a first-rate service by phone and email via our ICT Customer Support System.
You will also be responsible for recording and maintaining detailed and accurate reports of faults and queries logged with the ICT Service Desk. This role includes configuring equipment for new starters to the business.
The right fit
- You have a passion for IT and excellent Customer Service with a positive approach to working and solving issues.
- Experience of being able to diagnose, triage and fix problems and queries.
- You’re enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn.
- You must be comfortable communicating via the phone and writing up notes.
- You have experience working to set targets and SLA’s in a high performing environment.
- You have strong attention detail and communication skills both written and verbal.
