Clinical Transformation, Digital Innovation & Culture (Portfolio Lead)1. Provide senior clinical leadership for digital transformation, ensuring that digital programmes support improved patient outcomes, safety, reliability, and patient and staff experience.2. Be a key member of the Clinical Digital Transformation team, providing senior clinical oversight and challenge to digital strategy, prioritisation, and delivery.3. Provide clinical leadership in preparation for and implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR), ensuring workflow redesign supports clinicians, streamlines processes, reduces administrative burden, and enhances patient safety and care quality, in conjunction with CMO team.4. Work closely with the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), digital programme teams, and operational leaders to ensure clinical alignment in all digital initiatives, with awareness of digital inclusion.5. Oversee the safe clinical adoption of new technologies (working with CMO, CNO and Digital teams), such as Electronic Patient Record optimisation, Digital documentation, AI-supported tools where appropriate, Remote monitoring and virtual care models6. Leadership into clinical teams to ensure digital systems support clinical quality, patient safety, NICE guidance compliance, and effective multidisciplinary communication.7. Champion a culture of digital inclusion and readiness, supporting clinical staff to adopt new digital practices confidently and safely.
