Care Workers (Banbury) Full Time

Role: Care WorkersLocation: BanburySalary/Rate: £11 Per Hour. (45p per mile petrol)Role OverviewCare Workers will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users in their own homes. This includes supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and promoting independence and wellbeing.Key Responsibilities Follow individual care plans and risk assessments Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Support with medication and daily routines Maintain accurate care records Report any changes in service users’ needs Promote safeguarding, dignity, and independenceRequirements Previous care experience preferred Good communication and written English skills Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding Ability to adapt and respond to service user needs Up-to-date mandatory training (Moving & Handling, First Aid, Medication, etc.)Working Pattern Flexible shifts across a 7-day rota Drivers and walkers both requiredPlease Apply below or call us on 0121 270 8878.
