We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our MultiDisciplinary Learning Disability Team. This is a full-time post (37.5 hours), working Monday to Friday, 8:30am4:30pm.
The role involves providing a comprehensive administrative service across the Learning Disability Service, supporting a range of clinical teams. Duties include scanning and uploading documents, handling telephone enquiries, booking patient appointments, updating and crossreferencing patient demographic information, and recording reasonable adjustments on electronic patient records. You will also provide reception cover, welcoming patients face to face and responding to telephone calls in a timely manner.
This is a varied and fastpaced role within a friendly and supportive team that values collaboration and mutual support. We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and who demonstrates our Trust values of Compassion, Trust, Respect and Integrity.

To provide high quality, responsive and co-ordinated administrative support to the Learning Disability Team working collaboratively with clinical teams, GP Practices, and external agencies to ensure that accurate health records are maintained, and services are provided based on clinical need.
