As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and curating engaging digital content across multiple platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing social media accounts, producing multimedia content, developing creative campaigns, analysing content performance, and collaborating with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging. You will play a key role in enhancing the online presence and engagement of Caron Group.What you’ll doCapture photography and video that showcases life in our homes.Create short‑form content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.Support in brochure and newsletter creation.Produce polished video edits, interviews, graphics and digital assets.Support the Head of Marketing with campaigns, storytelling, and content planning.Build positive relationships across our homes to ensure a steady flow of great content.Support in social media and website management.What we’re looking forA creative content producer with proven experience in photography/videography.Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).Someone who understands how to create engaging social content.A people‑person who is confident meeting staff and residents.Someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow with a new team.What we offerCompetitive salary £30k.Fulltime role, working 9am until 5pm.The chance to work with an experienced Head of Marketing and help shape the organisation’s digital presence from the ground up.Opportunities for creativity, autonomy, and professional development.A supportive, values‑driven environment.The opportunity to work across multiple homes, capturing meaningful moments.QualificationsContent Creation and Multimedia Production skills, including writing, photo and video editing, and storytellingSocial Media Management skills with experience in scheduling, posting, and analysing performance metricsKnowledge of Digital Marketing and Campaign Development to drive engagement and brand visibilityBasic skills in SEO and website content management systems such as WordPressProficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar softwareStrong written and verbal communication skills combined with creativity and attention to detailUnderstanding of the healthcare or senior care sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and excited to make a real difference, apply now and help us grow our brand and share the stories that matter most.
