Full job description
- Greet all guests and assist them with seating
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Taking orders and supplying food to customers.
- Clearing tables and setting up for next customers that includes cleaning tables and floor
- Assisting bar staff to serve drinks for customers.
Pay: £19,000.00-£21,196.77 per year

- Lowestoft NR32 3LR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- VISA (preferred)
