Data and Systems Analyst

The Role
We are looking for a skilled Data & Systems Analyst to support business performance through high-quality reporting, data analysis, and system optimisation.
This role is less about sales operations and more focused on insight, reporting, and maximising the use of our ERP system (Elite Dynamics). You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate data, identify trends, and improve decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports
- Deliver reporting packs for senior leadership and board meetings
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies
- Develop and enhance reporting using Excel and system tools
- Manage and optimise data within Elite Dynamics / Elite Parks
- Build custom reports and improve system-driven insights
- Support operational planning, stock control, and logistics through data
- Continuously improve reporting accuracy and processes
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience in reporting and business insights
- Experience with ERP systems (Elite Dynamics highly desirable)
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
- Strong systems and IT proficiency
