Enterprise Account Executive – Commercial

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Salary: Up to £70,000 basic + bonus + benefits – up to £350,000 OTE

This is an opportunity to join a high-performance sales team where you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding existing strategic accounts.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of commercial enterprise and mid-market accounts, while also driving new logo acquisition within your sector.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, working closely with technical specialists and solution architects to deliver complex, value-led transformation deals.

This is a consultative, solution-focused role where commercial ownership, account growth, and customer success are central to success.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Identify and develop new enterprise and mid-market opportunities through self-generated activity, referrals, campaigns, and partner engagement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and strategic partners to generate sales-ready leads

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

• Manage end-to-end sales processes through CRM systems
• Lead complex solution-based sales engagements alongside technical and presales teams
• Develop commercial strategies to win new logos and expand existing accounts

Account Growth & Retention

• Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts within your sector
• Identify opportunities to expand product and service adoption across accounts
• Own commercial relationships and ensure strong customer engagement throughout delivery

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary commercial contact for key accounts
• Lead engagement planning and account strategy development
• Support governance activities including service reviews, QBRs, and stakeholder meetings

Partner Collaboration

• Work closely with global technology partners to shape joint go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise solution value across accounts

About You

You are a commercially driven, high-performance sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You enjoy both winning new business and growing strategic accounts.

You will likely bring:

• Proven success in enterprise or mid-market B2B sales with consistent quota achievement or overperformance
• Strong experience selling cloud, SaaS, managed services, or complex technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to close
• Experience in account growth, expansion, and commercial ownership
• Strong new business development capability
• Confidence working in high-energy, fast-moving environments with multiple priorities
• Exposure to structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, TAS or similar
• Experience working with Microsoft or similar enterprise technology ecosystems is highly advantageous
