ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graduate Marketing Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting and delivering in-person marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Representing client brands through face-to-face customer interactions
– Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns in residential or event-based environments
– Communicating product or service information clearly to customers
– Working toward individual and team-based performance targets
– Providing feedback and insights from customer interaction

This role involves a significant level of direct customer engagement, so confidence and professionalism in communication are important.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Full training is provided. You’ll be supported through:
– Structured onboarding and daily coaching
– One-to-one mentoring from experienced team members
– Ongoing development in communication, marketing techniques, and campaign execution

As you gain experience, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including supporting new team members and assisting with campaign coordination.
