What we look for:
- No experience in recruitment? Not a problem:
- We look for high potential, EQ, curiosity & grit;
- We’ve hired Graduates, non-Graduates, folks with sales experience and folks with none – but you will index strongly against our core criteria;
- We need highly coachable people with a hunger to learn;
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence;
- Curiosity and ambition – you want to grow fast and take ownership of your success;
- A strong work ethic & a desire to make a real impact;
- Finally, you will convince us that we just can’t let you go!
What Success Looks Like:
In your first few months, you will:
- Learn fast through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience;
- Become a valuable part of the team;
- Build relationships with candidates and clients;
- Make your first placement (our fastest new starter did it in just 10 days!).
