Do you enjoy creating impactful marketing campaigns that drive real demand, pipeline, and channel growth across diverse reseller ecosystems?

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives with our distribution partners and high-potential growth accounts across the UK and Ireland. This role focuses on driving demand generation, partner engagement, and channel growth through joint marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement initiatives. Working closely with our sales teams, distribution partners, and internal marketing stakeholders, the role ensures our product portfolio is effectively promoted through the wider channel ecosystem. The role plays a key part in expanding our reach across the channel, supporting partner enablement, and driving pipeline and sell-through across SMB and commercial segments.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

• Develop and execute joint partner marketing strategies with distribution partners across the UKI market, aligned with Lenovo’s channel strategy and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow Lenovo’s visibility and demand across distributor and reseller networks.
• Plan and deliver integrated partner marketing campaigns targeting resellers and end customers.
• Support product launches and key commercial priorities through partner-led marketing activities.
• Design and manage marketing programs that support partner acquisition, activation, enablement, and growth.
• Provide partners with marketing assets, campaign toolkits, content, and messaging aligned with Lenovo brand standards.
• Support partner enablement initiatives including events, webinars, and training programs.
• Collaborate closely with channel sales, product marketing, and regional/global marketing teams to align on growth priorities.
• Track, analyse, and report on partner campaign performance, including engagement, participation, and pipeline contribution.
• Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF, ensuring measurable ROI, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal guidelines

What are the requirements?

• 5+ years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Experience working with distribution partners or channel ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and partner marketing programs.
• Experience managing joint marketing campaigns with external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
