Waitressing FOH Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our patrons have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with food preparation. Responsibilities

• Responsibilities of Waiting Staff 
• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner 
• Be passionate whilst ensuring customers feel like they are family 
• Guide customers through our menu, recommend and ensure any allergies are communicated promptly to the kitchen in the correct manner 
• Serve Santa Maria food and check with guests during their meal to ensure everything is up to standard 
• Ensure you have an extensive knowledge of drinks and food on the menu 
• Wear the correct uniform and ensure that company hygiene, health & safety standards and licensing knowledge are always adhered to 
• Attend food safety training, health safety training, COSHH training product knowledge and customer service skills courses 

Requirements of Waiting Staff 

• Charismatic and friendly personality 
• Excellent communication and team working
• Flexible with tasks and working hours 

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A culinary background or interest in food preparation is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
