Key Responsibilities
As a Private Jet Flight Attendant, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our charter clients and owners, with everything we do geared towards providing the best customer experience possible. You must be comfortable working independently as well as within a team, and be driven and motivated to learn all required service procedures, understanding that these are standardized and must be followed. You will be a confident communicator who demonstrates emotional intelligence, able to flex your style to engage both customers and colleagues while representing the ACS brand. You must be confident in making decisions that impact both the service and the operation, with an understanding of the commercial implications regarding catering, stock levels, and delivering a polished service. You will work closely with the cabin crew manager and base managers to maintain proper stock levels and control, and maintain a strong network to support catering and ground teams such as FBOs and cleaning services. Your role also involves contributing to packing plans, implementing catering changes, and rolling out procedures. Flexibility and resourcefulness are essential, as is the ability to quickly form relationships and establish rapport with a diverse range of colleagues in the air and on the ground. You must be committed, hardworking, and reliable, with a clear understanding of how your efforts contribute to team success. Experience in adapting quickly to changing situations and taking control when needed is key, along with being a role model in uniform standards, customer interaction, and innovation. You must be flexible to work a varied shift pattern for an airline operating 24/7, 365 days a year, and be passionate about personal growth and continuous learning.
