Sales Coordinator, Amazon Full Time NEW

WORKING PATTERN: Mon – Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working

reports to: sales operations manager, amazon

Role Purpose

To support the Amazon EU team with order entry to achieve sales targets and provide a high customer service level, both internally and externally. 

What You’ll Do:

• Order entry for all Amazon EU territories 

• Work with Senior Sales Coordinator, Amazon with administrative tasks 

• Review deadline dates on the order book to ensure Sales Orders are in line with Vendor Central    

• Work with AVS team to adjust Purchase Orders on Vendor Central 

• Support the Sales Operations Manager, Amazon with any ad hoc tasks 

What You’ll Bring:

• Passionate about the customer experience 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages 

• Amazon experience but not essential 

• Excellent organisational skills 

• Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic 

• The ability to prioritise and work at pace 

• Attention to detail 

• Good relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders 

• Excellent written and verbal communication
