What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with proven experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, ideally with examples of work that drove sign-ups or applications. You should understand social media analytics and be able to translate data into actionable insights. Creativity, knowledge of current trends, and ability to work independently are essential. Experience with Canva or video editing tools is a plus.

What will you be doing?
- Ideate engaging, on-brand content specifically tailored for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, and short-form videos)
- Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our organisational goals and key campaigns
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics, providing insights on engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Increase our visibility and provide recommendations for improving our social media strategy based on analytics
