Surveying Operations Coordinator
Full Time | Hybrid (London / Euston) | Competitive Salary + Benefits
Philip Pank Partnership LLP is an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy providing a range of services across public and private sector throughout London and the South East.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our busy Building Surveying team.
This is a pivotal role within the business. You will act as the operational hub for a team of surveyors, ensuring diaries, appointments, documents and client communications are coordinated efficiently and professionally.
This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, keeping people organised and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing surveyor diaries, appointments and daily scheduling
- Coordinating resident, client and contractor access arrangements
- Liaising with clients, managing agents, consultants and contractors
- Preparing report templates, documents and correspondence
- Maintaining internal trackers, job records and workflow systems
- Monitoring deadlines and chasing outstanding actions
- Assisting with fee proposals and invoicing administration
- Providing general operational support to the team
- Helping improve internal systems, processes and team efficiency
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with clients and stakeholders professionally
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Experience in property, construction, surveying, housing or professional services would be highly advantageous
